Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group offers you personalized learning for effectively navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Sessions are facilitated by one of our mental health therapists.

What is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy?

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) helps teach how to live in the moment, regulate emotions, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, and improve relationships with others.

Objectives

Get the foundational skills of the evidence-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in a short amount of time and make a plan for applying it to your unique life immediately!

Learn, Practice, and Get Support:

  • Distress Tolerance
  • Emotion Regulation
  • Mindfulness
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

Details:

  • 8 weeks starting 1/7/25
  • Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30pm
  • Registration with group facilitator required by 12/31/24
  • $320 ($40 per group session)
