For as long as I can remember, I have been called to the helping profession. I am excited and honored to join others on their journey of exploration and healing through life’s experiences.
I enjoy working with all populations utilizing various evidence-based approaches to address issues with depression, anxiety, grief and addiction. My experience includes working with adult and adolescent populations.
My goal is to serve as a guide and work collaboratively with you by holding a safe, open and honest space. I utilize a holistic approach, where together we can set goals and develop a plan to help you realize your potential to self-empower and attain your desired goals.
